Job Description

Truck Dispatcher – USA Voice Process • Job Timings: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift – IST) • Working Days: Monday to Friday (Federal Holidays Off) • Location: Remote (Work from Home) • Industry: Logistics / Dispatching (USA) ~ Job Responsibilities: • Communicate with American truck drivers • Assign loads, manage routes, and ensure on-time deliveries • Handle driver queries and provide live support during routes • Coordinate with shippers, brokers, and receivers • Track loads using dispatch software and update status regularly • Solve on-road issues quickly and professionally • Maintain trip records and logs accurately ~ Requirements: • Excellent communication skills in English • Confidence and ability to multitask under pressure • Must have good convincing and coordination skills • Must have a Laptop or Computer with stable internet connection • Basic knowledge of U.S. routes, time zones, and DOT compliance is a plus ~ Perks: • Federal Holidays Off • Training Provided • Growth Opportunities in a Fast-Growing Company • Supportive Team & Flexible Work Culture
