Roles and Responsibilities Provide customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and non-voice processes. Handle international customer inquiries with a focus on blended process (email + chat). Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in BPO Customer Service or related field. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers via multiple channels (email, chat). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in International Chat Process and Non-Voice Process is essential. Graduation Must Fresher's/Experienced NO PERSUING CANDIDATES WILL BE ENTERTAINED Immediate Joiner Job Details 5 days working Any 2 days Week off Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break) Rotational Shifts/ Week-off Salary -27000 /- / in-hand - 24,500 + 2500 PLI Location- Jaipur Relocation Bonus up to 10K. We are covering 14 days of accommodation / Including travel tickets Pan India Cabs (Paid ) are available but the coverage timing starts from 2PM shifts till midnight.
