Sr. Executive RMG Years of experience -> 3-6 yrs. Mandatory Skills - Hands on experience in RMG, internal fulfilment, bench management. Candidate must also work on skill matrix, role cluster and skill tracking. Candidate must have good communication skills. Good to have skills- Excel reporting, Power BI and experience in audits/compliance. Candidate from an HR or recruitment background would also be okay, however they must be 100% aligned with the RMG role. Graduation: Computer science/any computers degree, master’s degree is a must (MBA in HR preferred). Work Module - 3 days WFO (Monday and Tuesday confirmed, 3 rd day can vary), General shift (10AM-7PM).
