Internal Auditor / CA

As an Internal Auditor at our company, your role will involve conducting pre-audits of all financial transactions recorded in the ERP system of RFR & PLP. You will be responsible for ensuring that all departments adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures approved by the Management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Validating procurement transactions to ensure the presence of purchase orders, pre-approved quotes, and necessary agreements. - Ensuring that all marketing expenditures align with the approved budget and that all agreements are in place. - Conducting surprise checks on transactions with third parties. - Performing surprise stock counts at warehouses to identify any discrepancies. - Identifying and rectifying revenue leakages. - Observing and reporting any unusual or abnormal financial or commercial transactions. - Ensuring timely compliance with all Tax Laws. - Defining and periodically reviewing information technology rights, maintaining audit trails. - Recommending cost optimization and savings opportunities. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Qualified CA/Inter CA - Minimum 3 years of experience either in a CA firm with exposure to Internal Audit or working in a corporate internal audit function. Skills required: - Strong analytical thinking and data mining abilities. - Technical knowledge of Accounts, GST & Income Tax. Exposure in the E-commerce and Manufacturing industries will be considered an added advantage. You will be expected to work from 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
