Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and patient-friendly individual to assist in guiding patients through the ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) registration process. This role requires strong communication skills in Kannada, the ability to use Android devices, and a willingness to support patients with clarity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

•You will assist and guide patients in completing ABHA registration or linking through methods such as Scan & Share, Face Authentication, or Biometric verification.

•You will provide clear instructions and support to patients in the local language or Hindi to ensure smooth registration and understanding of the process.

Candidate Profile:

Required Skills:

•Proficiency in Kannada language to effectively communicate with patients.

•Ability to operate and handle Android smartphones for registration processes.

•Interact with and guide patients for ABHA registrations with clarity and patience.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Hindi and/or English will be considered an added advantage.

Educational Background:

Any Graduate

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

• Dharwad, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
