Intern - Mechanical Systems Engineering

Role Overview: You will be part of a team at Digantara working on the world's first maps for space using the Space-Mission Assurance Platform (Space-MAP). Your role will involve assisting in designing and developing mechanical and opto-mechanical systems for ground and space-based applications, particularly focusing on Space Surveillance Telescopes. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, use mechanical simulations to validate designs, and gain hands-on experience in mechanical engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design and development of mechanical and opto-mechanical systems for ground and space-based applications. - Contribute to the design of mechanical systems with a focus on Space Surveillance Telescopes. - Use mechanical simulations to validate the performance of designs. - Collaborate with a skilled team to gain hands-on experience in mechanical engineering. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
