At Ethinos, we are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team in Bangalore. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and apply the knowledge of HR and manage teams that work with a diverse range of clients.

Details:
  • Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore
  • Type: On-site, full-time (Mon to Fri, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm)
  • Joining: Immediate
  • Duration: 6 months (only internship)
  • Stipend: INR 10000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, following up with candidates).
  • Supporting HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and maintaining databases.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and prepare HR-related reports.
  • Assisting employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Working closely and coordinate with HR team across different office locations for day-to-day tasks.
  • Interacting with different departments to assess and communicate employee needs.

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing / Completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Management or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruiting, onboarding, engagement, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
  • Prior internship experience and familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
