As a member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong written and verbal communication skills to thrive in a 24x7 shift environment that requires flexibility in working diverse schedules. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks will be key in this role. Preferred skills for this position include knowledge in 5G, LTE, UMTS, GSM, and other Radio Access Technologies, as well as familiarity with LAN/WAN, routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, tunneling, security protocols, and Unix/Linux systems. Your proficiency in understanding technical issues and experience with Excel or other statistical analysis tools will be valuable assets in this role. Key job functions will involve being part of a 24x7 remote network monitoring team, working on a rotating shift basis to monitor system events, alarms, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for generating KPI and technical reports for the Customer Support team, collaborating with peer teams to understand their reporting requirements, and providing first-level technical support and analysis for issues identified during network monitoring.
