Role & Responsibilities

Supervise daily interior site activities and execution.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters and civil workers.
Monitor work quality, materials and project timelines.
Ensure work is completed as per approved designs and drawings.
Handle site measurements, labour coordination and client updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
Knowledge of carpentry, modular kitchens, wardrobes, civil work, electrical and false ceiling.
Ability to independently manage site execution and workers.
Good communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
Must be willing to travel to project sites across Pune.
