Interior Sales Manager

Lifeasy Interior is looking for an experienced, target-driven sales professional who can convert customer enquiries into business and contribute to showroom growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle showroom walk-ins, incoming enquiries and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets and project timelines.
• Present suitable interior design and execution solutions.
• Coordinate with the Design Team for consultations, proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects, handle objections and close sales.
• Maintain lead pipelines, sales reports and follow-up trackers.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3.5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in interior sales, modular kitchens, furniture or home improvement preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel for lead tracking, reporting and pipeline management.
• Self-driven, organised and comfortable working with performance-based targets.

Compensation

• Salary is not a constraint for the right
