The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential and commercial interior design, space planning, material selection, and design execution.We are looking for someone who can transform client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and practical interior spaces while coordinating with the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.Create 3D models, renders, and design presentations for client approvals.Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and space utilization needs.Select appropriate materials, laminates, finishes, colours, lighting, furniture, and accessories.Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and execution teams.Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure drawings are followed.Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation as required.Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, visually appealing, and aligned with project timelines.Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and innovative space-planning solutions.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.1–3 years of relevant professional experience in interior design.Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings and working layouts.Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar 3D design and rendering software.Knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and lighting.Ability to interpret architectural drawings and prepare detailed execution drawings.Good visualisation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Willingness to travel for site visits as required.Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in residential interior projects, apartments, villas, and commercial spaces will be preferred.Should have a strong design sense and attention to detail.Must be comfortable coordinating with clients and execution teams.Should be proactive, organised, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Candidates who can balance creative design with practical execution are encouraged to apply.What We OfferCompetitive salary of 25,000–45,000 per month, based on experience and skill set.Opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial interior projects.Exposure to end-to-end interior design, from concept development to site execution.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
