Interior Designer Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and presentations for residential and commercial projects.
  
• Support the senior designers in preparing mood boards, material selections, and color palettes.
  
• Participate in site visits, space planning, and supervision of interior finishing work.
  
• Create and edit 2D drawings and 3D renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for material sourcing and execution details.
  
• Help in maintaining project documentation, drawings, and design files.
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a

  Bachelors / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office

  .
• Strong sense of creativity, color, and spatial arrangement.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn from on-site and office-based experiences.
