INTERIOR DESIGNER CUM ARCHITECT

As an Interior Designer cum Architect, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget effectively. Your role will involve developing creative design concepts, layouts, and architectural plans utilizing CAD software and 3D visualization tools. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating detailed drawings, mood boards, and material boards to bring the design concepts to life. A crucial aspect of your position will be to coordinate and manage all facets of design and construction, encompassing space planning, lighting, color schemes, materials, and furnishings. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a significant role in ensuring that the design and construction processes are seamless and aligned with the client's vision. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design is required to effectively contribute to the projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and other relevant software will be essential in executing your responsibilities efficiently.
