Interior Design Marketing - WPC Panel

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and retail interior projects. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets and successfully closing interior design and project deals. Building and nurturing strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and other clients is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you will oversee complete client engagement, including pitching services, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and coordinating project handovers with the design and execution teams. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and retail interior projects - Achieve sales targets and successfully close interior design and project deals - Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and other clients - Oversee complete client engagement, including pitching services, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and coordinating project handovers with the design and execution teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field - 1-2 years of field sales experience (interiors/building materials preferred) - Strong communication skills in English & Tamil - Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability - Ability to build lasting industry relationships - Willingness to travel for client and site meetings In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company values the following key skills for this role: - Networking & Relationship Management - Sales & Client Acquisition - Presentation & Communication - Market Research & Intelligence - Target Orientation Please note that this is a full-time position with the work location being in person.,
