We are looking for a talented and motivated Interior Associate with strong expertise in space planning, interior design, client management, and sales.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating functional and aesthetically appealing spaces while understanding client requirements and converting design concepts into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, confidence, and the ability to manage projects from initial consultation through final execution.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Space Planning & Interior Design
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and effective space-planning solutions.
- Develop creative layouts that maximize space utilization while maintaining functionality and aesthetics.
- Create design concepts aligned with client preferences, lifestyle, budget, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and make necessary design modifications based on feedback and site constraints.
2. Sales & Client Management
- Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable interior design solutions.
- Convert design consultations and enquiries into successful sales.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations that clearly communicate the value of the proposed design.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent service.
- Confidently negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
3. Project Coordination
- Manage projects from the initial consultation stage through design, execution, and final handover.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the selection and procurement of suitable materials while maintaining quality and design standards.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
4. Market Research & Design Trends
- Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, furniture, and space planning.
- Apply innovative and practical ideas to deliver modern and customer-focused design solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities that support the company's design and sales objectives.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, sales teams, execution teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to promote continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in space planning and interior design.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Proven ability in sales, client handling, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of interior materials, furniture, finishes, and design trends will be an added advantage.
- A passion for interior design and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
