Job Title: IAD (Faculty/Trainer)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Training students on board classes, software and/or theory classes
• Responsible for clarifying doubts, providing subject and industry knowledge as and when approached by students during or after classes
• Responsible for promoting a learning atmosphere and a good ambiance with the studio, lab, or classroom
• Responsible for initiating, organizing and participating in seminars, workshops, site visits for students
• Responsible for conducting and organizing department related activities like Aesthetics, Vaastu Workshop, Material the related demonstration, Model making workshop, etc.
• Responsible for evaluating students projects and giving them more insight into the same
• Motivating students to participate in both internal and external competitions and supporting them on the same
• Responsible for students satisfaction and to derive students reference out of them
• Responsible for supporting marketing-related activities like Seminars, workshops, stalls, etc.
• Responsible to conduct classes at colleges/schools whenever there is a need.
• Responsible to train the trainers of other RSC/Franchisee centers as communicated by corporate office

Qualifications:

• B.Arch / B.Sc Interior Design / B.Des. Interior or Master Diploma / Diploma in relevant stream with/without relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
