Interior Architect

As an Interior Architect at our company, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative interior spaces. You should have a solid grasp of construction processes and a successful history of managing projects from inception to completion. Your main duties will include comprehending and executing construction and interior fit-out procedures, creating and interpreting drawings using AutoCAD and other design software, managing projects efficiently to ensure on-time delivery within budget limits, conducting procurement analysis, and overseeing construction activities while maintaining quality control through inspections and testing. Safety management practices on-site are also part of your responsibilities. You must showcase problem-solving abilities and flexibility in adapting to changing project needs. Effective communication in English and Hindi with clients, contractors, and team members is essential. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with design tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite. - A minimum Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in interior architecture, including execution of interior fit-outs, space planning, and interior design. Preferred Attributes: - Familiarity with backend systems, databases, and cloud platforms. - Understanding of platform capabilities and their impact on design and execution. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in AutoCAD, 1 year in interior design, and a total of 2 years of work experience.
