Interior Architect

Role & responsibilities

Interior architect specialist with 3 to 4 years professional working experience in large client projects.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Conceptualization and Planning skills in large projects
2. Creating initial design concepts, exploring different layouts, spatial arrangements, and design themes based on client needs and project requirements. 3. Determine the optimal layout of interior spaces, considering factors like traffic flow, functionality, and aesthetics. 4. creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections. 5. Work on projects independently choosing appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept, budget, and functional needs of the space.6. coordinating with various professionals to bring a design vision to life. 7. produce detailed drawings and specifications  (CAD) software SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Chief Architect etc or any traditional methods, AI/Open source tools are an added advantage. 8. collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other specialists to ensure the design is executed according to plans. 9. work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and design goals, providing regular updates and incorporating feedback throughout the project.10. manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring the project stays on track and within the allocated resources.11. present design concepts, plans, and material selections to clients, using visual aids like 3D models and renderings to communicate their ideas effectively12. A good problem-solver who combines artistic vision with technical expertise to create functional, beautiful, and inspiring interior space
