Interesting Opportunity Python Developer - Django/Flask

You will be responsible for understanding business requirements and determining the most effective approach to meet these requirements while ensuring the system's conceptual integrity. You will drive discussions on implementation approaches, taking ownership of partially defined problems. It is essential to practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) to maintain and enhance our code coverage. Additionally, you will optimize system flows to enhance performance in terms of response times and memory usage. Removing unused flows and concepts to pave the way for new and improved ones is also part of your responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing backend systems using Python. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership by not only completing their tasks but also identifying dependencies and ensuring they are on track for completion. You should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively with the team as needed. A willingness to learn and grow, along with an open-minded approach to feedback and suggestions from all stakeholders, is crucial. An understanding of design principles and established software design practices is required. Previous experience in building backend systems using Python and Django is preferred. An engineering degree in Computer Science would be an advantage.
