Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to attract, assess, and hire top talent for roles in engineering, sales, project management, operations, and more within the solar energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar market, talent pipelines, and the skills needed for success in this fast-growing sector. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs. • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical, commercial, and operational positions in the solar sector. • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles. • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations for candidate sourcing. • Conduct interviews and coordinate technical assessments as needed. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). • Keep up to date with solar industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market insights. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within renewable energy, engineering, or technical industries. • Strong network in the solar or renewable energy sector is an advantage. • Knowledge of solar project lifecycles and related job roles (EPC, O&M, sales, design, etc.). • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
