Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to attract, assess, and hire top talent for roles in engineering, sales, project management, operations, and more within the solar energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar market, talent pipelines, and the skills needed for success in this fast-growing sector. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs. • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical, commercial, and operational positions in the solar sector. • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles. • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations for candidate sourcing. • Conduct interviews and coordinate technical assessments as needed. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). • Keep up to date with solar industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market insights. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within renewable energy, engineering, or technical industries. • Strong network in the solar or renewable energy sector is an advantage. • Knowledge of solar project lifecycles and related job roles (EPC, O&M, sales, design, etc.). • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong market understanding, client handling, and the ability to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and convert potential customers for solar products through field visits, market research, and lead generation channels. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities in assigned regions. Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers and ensure proper understanding of solar solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports while ensuring timely follow-ups to close sales.
