Integration and Flow Developer

You will be part of the Enterprise Technology Team as a Boomi Integration Developer at Sycomp, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing integration solutions using Boomi to ensure seamless data exchange within the organization. Your main tasks will include monitoring integration workflows, troubleshooting issues, and proactively resolving errors to maintain a high level of system reliability. Collaborating with the development lead, you will build and maintain integration and flows between ERP and CRM systems. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing and developing enhancements to Boomi integrations, managing integrations between Oracle, Salesforce, and third-party systems as directed by the ERP Director, and working across the organization and with other developers to achieve successful solutions within the Oracle ERP system. Key Result Areas: - Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Boomi for enabling data exchange across systems and applications. - Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting EDI transactions to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards. - Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Flow screens and applications. - Integrating flow applications with external systems. - Documenting integration processes and configurations to maintain clear and organized records of operations. - Providing technical support and training on Boomi and EDI processes to team members as required. Skills & Experience: To excel in this role, you must have the following qualifications and abilities: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in integration engineering roles with ERP and Salesforce. - Proficiency in Boomi and Flow designer. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. - Knowledge of API management platforms and technologies. - Skills in various data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, Database, and EDI. - Deep knowledge in REST/SOAP web services. - Experience working with ANSI X12, Boomi AS2 configuration, REST, SOAP, JMS connectors/listeners. - Ability to program in at least two of the following: Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Python, SQL. - Experience with Boomi Atom/Molecule on-prem, Cloud, and Hybrid platforms. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work autonomously. - Demonstrates ethical behavior and business practices.,
