HEAD PRODUCTION - RESPONSIBILITIES PURPOSE OF POSITION: This individual is to be a technical and administrative member of the Top management team and will report to the General Manager -operations. He will manage within the guidelines set forth by corporate policy, company business operation procedure and IATF-16949 quality system. The Head-Production will insure that their area of responsibility is equipped with the proper manpower, equipment, tools and knowledge to achieve customer requirements on time, every time without error. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Quality Workmanship standards IATF-16949 system compliance Productivity Production planning Equipment and manpower Machine capability Machine maintenance OEE 5S Continuous improvement Associates training and development Employee relations Performance appraisals Note: Experience from high precision components using CNC/VMC machine shop candidates is highly preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: FORMAL EDUCATION: Bachelor's/Diploma Degree in an Engineering Curriculum ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE: 12 to 15 years of experience in Production with a minimum of 10 years of Supervisory experience.

The Supervisor-Production will insure that customer requirements on time, every time without error is achieved. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: CNC / VMC machine operating, setting skills Quality Workmanship standards IATF-16949 system compliance Productivity Equipment and manpower Machine maintenance 5S Continuous improvement Associates training and development Training for new employee Interaction with support depts to ensure materials/tools Etc are supplied in time. QUALIFICATIONS: FORMAL EDUCATION: Bachelors/Diploma Degree in an Engineering Curriculum ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years experience in Production with a minimum of Three years Supervisory experience.
