HEAD QUALITY - RESPONSIBLITIESPURPOSE OF POSITION: This individual is to be a technical and administrative member of the Quality team and will report to the Head Operations. He will manage within the guidelines set forth by corporate policy and company business operation procedure. The Head - Quality will provide direction, planning and effective implementation of the Quality system in line with the overall corporate policy. He will work within the guidelines of IATF-16949 quality system.RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: IATF 16949 Quality Systems:Provide support to all departments with training material to effectively implement procedures and systems, which ensure conformance to system requirementsCoordinate systems assessments to ensure system effectivenessCommunicate assessment results to the management team for appropriate actionsOverall responsible for reducing and eliminating rework and rejection both at supplier and in-houseHandling of customer complaints including tracking, closing and eliminating customer complaintsExercise leadership, supervision and development of associates in all areas of responsibilityEstablish and implement training plans for all associates in various quality activities such as system, gaugesOverall responsible for quality labNew gauges planning and gauges calibration planning and implementation Continuous improvement and 5s activitiesMaintaining & Coordination all documents and updating.Ensuring system implementation during new product development as per customer and system requirement and give timely update to management ..QUALIFICATIONS:FORMAL EDUCATION: Bachelors/Diploma Degree in an Engineering Curriculum ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE: Seven /Ten years experience in Quality area with a minimum of Three years management experience.

Role & responsibilities Basic requirement for a CNC setter Cum programer Key points Education • A diploma or degree in mechanical engineering ( If ITI with Experienced CNC and VMC Programming, Process and Prove out) Experience • Knowledge Selecting tools, holders & jaws according to Drawing and took setting • Experience in choose calming type, orienting and jaws boring for new development parts • Experience operating machines, such as milling & turning machines • Knowledge of CNC programming or CAM software • Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings • Experience setting and operating CNC lathes & VMC • Experience setting and operating CNC lathes Turn mill & VMC 4 th axis Skills • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings • Ability to set and operate CNC machines • Ability to Prove Out produce parts that are correct to the drawing • knowledge of manufacturing production and processes.
