Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Act as a central point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

Customer Service: Utilize your customer service experience to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide excellent support to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Data Management and Reporting: Proficiently utilize Excel to track project progress, update records, and generate reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring data integrity.

Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar panel projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
