Job Description

As an Int Controls & Compliance Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in helping clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies, and talent. Your primary focus will include conducting SOX Control Testing and SOX Compliance Audits to verify the financial statements of the company and analyze the processes involved in creating them. You should have a strong background in SOX testing and compliance audits, ensuring that the financial statements and internal controls are thoroughly assessed by external auditors. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, collaborating with peers within Accenture, and providing updates to supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, you will receive moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. Your decisions will directly impact your work and potentially influence the work of others. You will work as an individual contributor within a team environment, focusing on specific tasks. It's important to note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts to support operational requirements effectively.
