As a Guidewire Claim Centre Support Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining Guidewire PolicyCenter. With a minimum of 9+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, building, supporting, and performing defect fixes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing support projects related to Guidewire PolicyCenter Support and Maintenance. - Performing Root Cause Analysis and providing necessary fixes. - Maintaining and supporting applications, implementing enhancements, conducting testing, and managing deployments. - Managing the Guidewire PC Configuration & Integration. - Ensuring adherence to key SLAs and KPIs for project execution. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Deep understanding of Guidewire framework Policy Centre, implementation, architecture, and components. - Certification in Guidewire PolicyCenter 9.0 version + technical/functional/cloud. - Proficiency in development streams like Configuration, Integration, or Both. - Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, web services, and API integration. - Familiarity with production support activities and tools like Service-now, JIRA, etc. - Knowledge of service management, change management activities, SLAs, and estimator tools. - Exposure to incident management, problem management, SDLC life cycle, and release planning. - Working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and more. Additionally, the role may require working in shifts (Rotational Shift India Shift, US Shift) and On-Call Support on a rostered rotational basis.
