INSURANCE DESK ASSITANT

As a Graduate or above candidate with complete knowledge of managing Medical Insurance claims, you will be responsible for various tasks related to insurance procedures connected with medical claims of patients. Your role will involve working with TPAs, GIPSA, and Medical Insurance Companies to ensure smooth processing of claims. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include: - Getting empanelments done - Clearing medical claims of patients - Liaising with additional TPAs to improve the number of patients with medical insurance In addition to these responsibilities, you are expected to have a pleasing personality with good communication skills to effectively interact with higher officials of insurance companies, TPAs, and GIPSA. Knowledge of more languages apart from English, Kannada, and Hindi would be advantageous. The job type for this position is Full-time and the benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is in the Day shift with a fixed shift.
