Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  insurance approvals

  , documentation, and claim processing
• Communicate with

  TPA teams

  and insurance companies
• Verify patient policy eligibility and coverage
• Maintain accurate patient insurance records
• Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits
• Coordinate with the billing team for pre-authorization and final billing
• Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance guidelines

Required Skills:

• Experience in

  Insurance / TPA / Hospital Billing

  (preferred)
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Good understanding of health insurance processes
• Ability to handle patients politely and professionally
• Basic computer & MS Office knowledge
