We seek a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. This is a Work From Office (WFO) position. Must be comfortable working in the UK time zone. ● Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with issues or re-routing as appropriate ● Make Outbound calls to customers and suppliers to follow up on issues and queries ● Keeping accurate records ● Checking Supplier Invoices against Purchase Orders ● Answer customer tickets in a timely manner ● Manage returns & damages tickets in a timely manner ● Checking Stock for customers ● Giving basic product or service information over the phone or via email Requirements: ● 2-3 years' experience in a similar role ● Have excellent attention to detail and be methodical and well organised ● The ideal candidate will be well spoken and fluent in English. ● Candidates must have a great phone manner and effective written and verbal communication skills ● Must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team ● Excellent computer skills required, proficiency in use of CRM systems, Google Drive and Freshdesk (or similar) a distinct advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
