Instrumentation Sales & Service Support Prepare and deliver instrumentation presentations, quotations, and demonstrations On-site training of customers on the software & hardware of the equipment range Managing AMCs and CMCs for the entire equipment range Servicing equipment under PMs and during breakdowns Business development for instruments & achieving sales objectives Assisting customers in meeting NABL & ISO regulations and in developing SOPs Maintenance of demo equipment and assessment of equipment in inventory Managing parts and spare inventories
