The key objective of the role is to ensure the achievement of disbursement targets for retail loan products (Direct business) with minimum delinquency. It is crucial to meet the IRR and PF norms as per the set targets, and also to promote and achieve business targets for Third Party products. The responsibilities include generating business through self-sourcing and connectors, as well as assisting in business sourcing through institutional campaigns. Maintaining PDD hygiene within the given TAT and addressing customer complaints promptly are also key aspects of the role. Monitoring and ensuring the productivity of SM and CRE, attending to leads from various direct business funnels, and training team members to pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms are essential responsibilities. Building strong client relationships internally and externally, executing sales promotion activities, and ensuring quality business sourcing are vital for achieving sanction targets. The role also involves collaborating with the Institutional team to drive customer interest in the TCFSL brand, fostering relationships with connectors and team members from associated business verticals, and supporting teams for efficient sourcing and processing of business. Monitoring portfolio quality, providing training to staff members and vendors, and ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations are crucial aspects of the job.
