Instagram Sales & Social Media Executive

As a part of our team at one of the leading ladies collections & lifestyle stores in Thiruvananthapuram, currently expanding into online sales, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our online presence. Located in Thiruvananthapuram, this position is available in Part-time, Full-time, or Internship capacities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing Instagram direct messages, promptly responding to sales inquiries, coordinating online orders for a seamless customer experience, and creating captivating product photos and videos for our Instagram page featuring baby care and ladies collections. Additionally, you will be in charge of posting and curating content on our Instagram sales page. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills, a basic understanding of social media and digital marketing, as well as photography and videography skills using either a smartphone or camera. A problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities will also be advantageous.
