Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Instagram Creator to manage, grow, and engage our brand/community on Instagram. The role involves creating original content (posts, reels, stories), collaborating with teams or brands, and building an authentic connection with the audience to drive engagement, awareness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish high-quality Instagram content (photos, reels, stories, IGTV).
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand voice and audience interests.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.
• Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations.
• Monitor analytics and insights to optimize content performance.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and collaborating with followers.
• Work with brands (if influencer) or marketing teams (if in-house) for promotions, partnerships, and paid campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand presence and storytelling through visual and written content.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Instagram platform, features, and trends.
• Creative skills in photography, videography, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
• Ability to grow and engage an online community organically.
• Time management and consistency in content posting.
