As an Insolvency Lawyer specializing in NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) cases, your primary responsibility will involve managing and filing insolvency cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). You will be expected to guide clients through the insolvency process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to bankruptcy and insolvency laws. Your key responsibilities will include handling the preparation, submission, and follow-up of insolvency filings, representing clients in NCLT cases such as insolvency petitions, corporate debt restructuring, and liquidation proceedings. Additionally, you will be required to conduct thorough legal research on insolvency laws, draft petitions, applications, and other legal documents necessary for NCLT proceedings. Your role will also entail providing expert legal advice to clients, assisting them in understanding their rights through the NCLT process, and representing their interests in insolvency matters. It will be essential to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, perform due diligence, and prepare reports for clients and regulatory bodies involved in insolvency and bankruptcy cases. To qualify for this position, you should hold an LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree from a recognized university and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling NCLT cases, insolvency petitions, and corporate debt restructuring.
