Inside Sales / Tele-Calling Executive

Role Summary

The Inside Sales / Tele-Calling Executive drives cargo volumes and revenue by pitching NVOCC / container shipping services over the phone to exporters, importers, freight forwarders, and CHAs.

Core Responsibilities

• Inside Sales & Tele-calling: Make daily outbound calls to logistics prospects and qualify leads from the office.
• Volume Generation: Secure container bookings (TEUs) for target trade lanes over the phone.
• Rate Quotations: Share competitive freight rates via email/WhatsApp and follow up to close deals.
• Relationship Management: Maintain constant telephone contact with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordination: Liaison with the internal pricing and operations teams to confirm space and equipment for clients.

Quick Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in tele-calling or inside sales within NVOCC, liner, or freight forwarding.
• Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, strong negotiation, and clear communication.

• Fixed Salary: Competitive monthly base pay.
• Travel Reimbursement: 100% company-covered expenses on the rare occasion of local client or port visits.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekends off).
