Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales & Sales Order Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

The role will be responsible for processing sales orders, coordinating with internal teams, following up on deliveries, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire order-to-dispatch cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Order Management

• Receive and review customer Purchase Orders (POs) for price, quantity, delivery terms, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.
• Create and process Sales Orders (SO) accurately in ERP/SAP.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor open sales orders and proactively follow up on pending deliveries.
• Keep customers informed regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate for amendments or changes in customer orders when required.
• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for sales orders, purchase orders, quotations, and dispatches.

Dispatch & Commercial Coordination

• Coordinate with Stores and Logistics for timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Support preparation and verification of dispatch-related documents.
• Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for invoicing, payment status, and customer-related commercial matters.
• Follow up with customers for pending documentation or other information required for order processing.
• Maintain reports on orders received, pending orders, dispatches, and sales performance.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Sales Order Processing, or Sales Operations.
• Good working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
