About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our inside sales function from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, team building, recruitment, lead generation, and revenue growth. This person will be responsible for establishing sales processes, hiring and training a team of 5–7 telecallers, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and driving business closures.

We are seeking a hands-on sales leader who can develop a high-performing team, implement effective sales strategies, manage CRM operations, and take ownership of ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build from the Ground Up: Establish and develop the inside sales function, including sales processes, outreach strategies, reporting systems, and performance metrics.
• Team Building & Recruitment: Hire, onboard, and train 5–7 telecallers or inside sales executives to build a productive sales team.
• Lead Generation: Identify target industries and potential clients, research decision-makers, build prospect databases, and generate qualified B2B leads.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies through cold calling, email campaigns, prospecting, and systematic follow-ups.
• Revenue Generation: Own team revenue targets, manage the sales pipeline, identify business opportunities, and drive deal closures.
• Client Acquisition: Personally engage with key prospects, conduct sales discussions, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Implement and maintain CRM processes to track leads, follow-ups, conversion rates, sales opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
• Team Leadership: Monitor daily performance, conduct regular reviews, coach team members, and improve calling productivity and conversion rates.
• Performance Reporting: Track key sales metrics, analyse performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Revenue Targets

The candidate will be responsible for building a sales pipeline and driving revenue growth towards the following targets:

• Monthly Revenue Target: ₹50 lakh–₹1 crore, subject to the agreed sales model and business requirements.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities.
• Improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure conversion rates.
• Build a scalable sales team capable of delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
• Demonstrated experience in building a sales team or sales function from scratch.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, manage, and develop sales professionals.
• Experience managing a team of telecallers or inside sales executives.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, cold calling, prospect research, and outbound email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing B2B deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-management skills.
• Ability to establish sales processes, define KPIs, and drive team performance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,320,000.00 per month
