The Role

We are looking for a smart, driven individual to join the Learn2Read team as a Business Development Executive.

The ideal candidate should have a flair for sales, strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused mindset. They should also have at least 3 years of consistent work experience in sales.

Work Details :

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours : 10AM -7 PM
• CTC: Finalized post interviews.

Work Mode

• Remote
• Must have own laptop and stable internet connection

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Learn2Read’s teaching modules in detail
• Call and follow up with leads to enroll them for demo classes
• Collect post-demo feedback and work on conversions
• Assign students to batches and teachers to initiate classes
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain lead data and basic reports using Excel/Google Sheets

Requirements

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Experinced candidate who has at least 3 years of experience in sales( EDTech prefered)
• Strong command of English and Hindi
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with Excel / MS Office
• Strong sales mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
