Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Inside Sales Executive to drive client acquisition over calls. In this role, you will connect directly with business decision-makers, deliver compelling pitches, navigate objections, and close high-value deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and manage inbound leads to qualify prospects.
• Conduct sharp discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and consistently convert calls into closed business.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and log daily sales activity accurately in the CRM.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in tele-sales, inside sales, or outbound voice business development.
• Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed targets with a high call-to-close conversion rate.
• Communication: Excellent verbal English communication, persuasive tone, and active listening skills.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, quick objection handling, and familiarity with CRM tools.
