Inside Sales Executive (steel industry)

Responsibilities common to both tracks

1. Capture the customer’s farm type, location, capacity, equipment need, decision process and intended purchase date.

2. Use approved rates, scope, quotation versions and terms. Obtain technical support when a question is outside their knowledge.

3. Maintain a lead tracker with the latest conversation, status, next action, responsible person and follow-up date.

4. Coordinate confirmed requirements and approved dates with design, production, accounts and installation. Follow up payment milestones with accounts.

5. Report qualified opportunities and reasons for loss. Inside sales is an active sales role with measurable follow-up and conversion responsibilities.

Preferred background Suggested experience: 1 to 4 years in B2B or technical sales. Poultry or equipment exposure is preferred; a capable learner can be considered. Assess communication in the languages the territory needs, basic Excel or CRM, quotation accuracy and follow-up discipline.

Telephone, WhatsApp and email enquiries, lead qualification, quotations, CRM, appointments, order coordination and collection reminders.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Khopoli, Maharashtra
