ob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through phone, email, and online channels. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new leads. Qualify leads based on business needs and route them to the appropriate sales executives. Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction. Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and prospect information. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align efforts. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 13 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B or software/tech sales is a plus. Multilingual proficiency (depending on market/region).
