Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to sell HRMS software to businesses.

  • Experience level: 1–3 years
  • Industry: IT Software / SaaS
  • Key skills: B2B Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, HRMS, SaaS Sales, Telesales, Customer Relationship Management

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and generate leads.
  • Explain HR software features to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and schedule product demos.
  • Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Experience in inside sales or telesales.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales is preferred.
  • HRMS or software sales experience is an advantage.
  • Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Salary: As per experience + attractive incentives.
