Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain the company's products/services and their benefits.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Update lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Build professional relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing is mandatory.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

• Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with customers.
• Interested in B2B sales and business development.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working

  6 days a week, Monday to Saturday
