About the role

We’re looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to help grow Zanoo, our WhatsApp business communication and automation platform. You’ll connect with business owners and decision-makers, understand their requirements, and schedule product demos. Outreach may include prospects across India and international markets.

Responsibilities

Identify potential business customers and relevant decision-makers.

Make outbound cold calls and conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and appropriate business channels.

Introduce Zanoo and explain how it can support the prospect’s business needs.

Qualify interested prospects and schedule product demos.

Follow up with leads and coordinate with the team on next steps.

Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and follow-up dates.

Work towards agreed calling, qualified lead, and demo targets.

Share prospect feedback to improve our sales approach.

Requirements

Clear verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

Confidence speaking with business owners and handling initial objections.

Consistent follow-up habits and a target-focused approach.

Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and CRM tools.

Willingness to learn a software product and explain its benefits clearly.

Experience in telecalling, B2B sales, lead generation, or software sales is a plus.

Strong English communication for international outreach; calling hours will be discussed during the interview.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000.

5% incentive per sale.

Product training and support from the team.
