Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Inside Sales Representative to manage and convert inbound inquiries into qualified buyers for our turnkey new construction. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build trust and close deals through virtual and phone-based sales. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales leads and inquiries from prospective buyers and investors Qualify leads and understand client goals Present available turnkey construction service and new developments Educate clients on home features, floorplans, construction timelines, and financing options Maintain accurate lead records and activity tracking in CRM software. Coordinate with construction, financing, and property management teams to support the buyer journey Set virtual appointments, conduct remote walkthroughs, and facilitate digital closings Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and conversion targets Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or homebuilding Strong understanding of the residential sales process; knowledge of new construction or turnkey project is a plus Excellent phone, email, and virtual communication skills CRM proficiency and attention to follow-up details Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Real estate license is a strong advantage (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Skills: Knowledge of homebuilding timelines, materials, and construction stages Bilingual or multilingual communication skills (if applicable to your market)
