Inside Sales Executive / Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and explain programmes, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive enrolment conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain lead details, follow-up records, and sales reports in the CRM.
• Address student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrolment experience.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling, or education sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Tulu is mandatory, along with good communication skills in English.
• Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹241,000.00 - ₹1,320,000.00 per year
