Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical & electronics sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and OEMs. Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions in coordination with the engineering team. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies. Preferred candidate profile Strong technical knowledge of electrical & electronics products preferably in food process industry. Proven track record in B2B sales and business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
