Job Description – Country Head - Projects (India) About Innovatrix Wireless Innovatrix Wireless is a leading provider of advanced RF coverage and wireless communication solutions across Asia. We specialize in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), in-building coverage, public safety networks, and mission-critical communication infrastructure. Our projects span complex metro and road tunnels, airports, high-rise developments, and government facilities, delivering cutting-edge connectivity and reliability. Position Overview The Projects Director will be responsible for leading and managing all project delivery operations across India. This senior role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in executing large-scale telecom infrastructure projects, managing multiple cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project completion. Key Responsibilities · Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery for multiple telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence. · Drive operational excellence through effective project planning, risk management, and process optimization. · Manage cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. · Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. · Monitor project KPIs, resource utilization, and financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management. · Ensure strict compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. · Develop and implement standard project management frameworks and best practices. · Support pre-sales and business development teams by providing technical and project delivery inputs for tenders and proposals. · Mentor and develop the project management team to enhance overall capability and performance. Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred). · Minimum 15 years of experience i n project management and delivery of telecom or wireless infrastructure projects. · Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-site projects across diverse geographies. · In-depth knowledge of RF systems, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and in-building coverage solutions will be a strong advantage. · PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. · Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. · Excellent problem-solving ability and stakeholder management experience. · Willingness to travel across India as required.
