Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Marketing Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by promoting our product portfolio to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will blend strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of marketing principles to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals while supporting brand objectives. Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop collateral, email campaigns, and social‑media content that support sales efforts. - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 2+ years of experience in a marketing‑focused role. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self‑driven, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Attributes - Experience in the Building and Industries sector. - Ability to travel up to 30 % of the time for client meetings. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
