Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying potential customers, developing and nurturing client relationships, and delivering effective sales presentations. This individual will also stay updated on product innovations, engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, and provide exceptional service to meet clients' needs. The position involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets Proficiency in relationship management, account management, and client communication Ability to understand and explain complex medical devices and healthcare solutions to clients Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts Knowledge of the medical device industry; prior experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines Proficiency in using CRM software and office tools such as MS Office Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred
