Injection Moulding Operator

In this role, you will be responsible for operating injection moulding machines, performing visual inspections of moulded components, reporting defective materials, following written procedures, trimming and filing parts, preparing packaging for the next shift, and completing tasks as per production schedules. You will work with minimum supervision to maintain a clean work area, orderly equipment, and adhere to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Operate injection moulding machines - Perform visual inspection of moulded components - Report defective materials to the supervisor - Follow written documentation and procedures - Trim, file, and clip parts as necessary - Prepare packaging for the next shift operator - Complete tasks as directed by production schedules - Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition - Follow prescribed safety regulations Qualifications Required: - 10th / 10+2 with 6 months diploma from CIPET for Plastic Moulding Machine Operator OR - ITI in Plastic Moulding Technology The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, provident fund, and a yearly bonus.
